Application privacy notice

Information you provide

The application form collects your full name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, current role, experience level, learning goals and your agreement to this use of your information, including the time of consent and the version of this notice. Please avoid including confidential business information, passwords or sensitive client data in your learning goals.

Why we use it

CyberHELP uses your application to understand your background, assess whether the cohort is suitable for your goals and contact you about qualification and enrollment. Submitting an application does not confirm enrollment or collect a payment. Your application consent is for these purposes; it is not a separate subscription to general marketing.

Who can access it

Application information is stored using Supabase as the hosting and database service. Access within this application is restricted to authorized CyberHELP staff for application review and follow-up. Service providers may process information as needed to operate the application.

Technical information

The service uses technical information to process requests and limit automated abuse, including a request identifier to avoid duplicate submissions and a hashed identifier derived from your email address for rate limiting. Staff and learner sign-in uses authentication cookies to keep authorized sessions active.

Questions, corrections and deletion requests

To ask how your information is used, correct application details, request deletion or withdraw permission for application follow-up, contact founder@cyberhelpasia.com. Include your application reference if you have one. CyberHELP may need to verify that the request relates to your own application before acting on it.
